Handmade Concert Guitars

I build handcrafted concert guitars, at the moment Classical and Flamenco models, in the future also including modern Double-top instruments.

My guitars are born in the workshop of Michael Wichmann, who brings over fifty years of experience to his craft. As my mentor, he guides my work, and I am privileged to use select tonewoods from his private collection—timbers that have been carefully seasoned for decades.

While my building methods are rooted in the Spanish tradition, I enhance this timeless craft with modern measuring techniques. Every piece of wood is unique and reacts differently; therefore, I voice each instrument individually until its distinct character unfolds.

My goal is to create guitars that inspire - instruments that serve as a true medium for musicians to express their unique voice.

My fascination with the classical guitar began with its sound. Whenever I hear a truly great guitar, it touches me deeply and leads me to a place of inner peace and resonance.

Because I could never play as well as I wished I could, I sought a different way to connect with this instrument. As someone with a practical, hands-on nature, building became my path - a way to engage with the guitar on my own terms.

My first instruments were born out of pure curiosity in my own bedroom. Eventually, a guitar-making course led me to meet Michael Wichmann, a luthier with over fifty years of experience. He took me under his wing, and for the past three years, I have been working and learning in his workshop.

I combine traditional craftsmanship with the ambition to create each instrument as a harmonious, unique piece - built with respect for the material and love for detail. My goal is to build guitars that allow musicians to express exactly what touches me so deeply about music.
